Spray Treatment

A spray treatment is a way of controlling an infestation of insects most commonly used by pest control professionals. Spray treatments involve the use of a water based insecticide, mixed with water in a pressurized container, small or large depending on the size of the infestation, and spraying the mixture to all infested areas and the areas surrounding the infestation. Spray treatments require a property to be vacant for a number of hours after the treatment has been carried out, for safety and to allow time for the insecticide to work and dry. When the insecticide has dried it remains active for a number of weeks after due to the residual effect of the insecticide used.
